Welcome to the Department of Semiconductors and Dielectrics of MISIS ! New materials are the key to future technologies, one of the main directions of science in the 21st century. Our Department conducts advanced research using state-of-the-art experimental and theoretical methods, and advanced teaching at all levels from freshmen to PhD students. We are open to cooperation and are waiting for new talented students and researchers – the Department has great history of research and teaching, and this will continue, reaching new heights.
